Meet the Founder

Chantal Lacroix Ayers

I live and breathe Field Hockey and Lacrosse — as a coach, mentor, and relentless cheerleader. From youth clinics to elite competition, I’ve guided athletes at every level, blending deep knowledge of the sports’ history, rules, and winning strategies with a coaching style that’s equal parts tough love and unshakeable encouragement. I push players to show up fully — on the field, in the classroom, and in their communities — and I take pride in shaping confident, responsible student-athletes who lead by example and inspire the next generation.
